Summer vacation rentals for families are our specialty. We handle 1, 2 & 3 bedroom house, condo and apartment rentals in the beach area. These are rented on a weekly basis with a Saturday start date.

No information on summer rentals is available until late February. We are unable to answer email requests prior to that time as we are still processing our renewals. We do not post rental listings on our web site as they change on a daily basis.

In order to find a rental that best suits your needs, we prefer talking to you directly. If you are within driving distance (i.e. 0-2 hours), we ask that you come to our office in person so you can view & choose a rental yourself. Due to the large  number of rental requests we receive by email, we are only able to give email responses to those from further distances. In those cases, we will review your preferences & then either email, Fax or mail a few listings to you that we feel would best meet your needs. 

Whether you are coming to our office or contacting us by email,  we will need the following information from you:

• Dates of vacation, first & second choices
• Number of persons vacationing with you & their relationship to you (include number of adults & children and ages of children). We need to know the total number of persons occupying the rental at any time, including day visitors, in order to find the appropriate size rental.
• Number of cars (keep in mind that many units have only 1 car parking)
• Indicate the area of the beach you prefer (if any)
• Indicate any amenities that are a necessity as well as those you would like but could get along without
